Patrik Reichl is stepping down as director of JINAG after more than four years

As of June 30, 2026, Patrik Reichl will step down from his position as director of the South Moravian Agency for Public Innovation (JINAG). Starting July 1, 2026, the agency will be led by his current deputy, Dagmar Peřinová.
Patrik Reichl played a key role in transforming the former South Moravian Regional Development Agency into the South Moravian Region's modern innovation agency. He joined JINAG with the task of helping to shape the organization’s new structure, direction, and role vis-à-vis the region, municipalities, and other partners. Over more than four years, under his leadership, the agency has been successfully built into an organization with a clear profile, a stable team, active programs, and concrete projects that have a practical impact on the development of the South Moravian Region.

During this time, JINAG has become a partner on issues that are increasingly important for public administration: climate resilience, energy, smart solutions for municipalities, assistive technologies, participation, regional development, and the practical implementation of innovations. The agency has gradually shifted from strategic deliberations to practical support for specific projects, connecting stakeholders, and seeking solutions that can truly help municipalities, the region, and residents.

He played a significant role in making JINAG the organization it is today—one that helps translate new approaches, technologies, and expertise into concrete public administration practices. His leadership was crucial for stabilizing the agency, building a team of experts, and establishing cooperation with partners across the region.

The agency’s operations will continue uninterrupted. Effective July 1, 2026, Dagmar Peřinová, the current deputy director, will take over as director of JINAG. She will build on the agency’s existing work, both in ongoing projects and in shaping JINAG’s long-term direction as a partner for public innovation in the South Moravian Region.

We thank Patrik Reichl for his work, dedication, and contribution to the agency’s development. We wish him every success in the next stage of his career.
