Particaffé: Where strategies for the future of your municipalities are born
What is strategy? Who is a strategist? And can a mayor be one? We sought answers to these questions together with representatives of municipalities at the first Particaffé module this year, which was full of energy and interactive activities. Forget boring lectures! Our meeting was a dynamic laboratory of strategic thinking, where participants' strengths were discussed, analyzed, and created in teams.
Do you know the Belbin test? This tool helped us discover who is a natural leader, an innovator, an indispensable team player, and a precise finisher. The mayors and councilors experienced first-hand how a team works together, with everyone playing an integral role.
