Particaffé 2025

Participation

Also in 2025, in cooperation with the South Moravian Region's Healthy Region and Local Agenda 21 project, we have prepared a training and education programme PARTICaffé, which this year focuses on strengthening the strategic thinking of mayors, councilors, and other key actors within municipalities, LAGs, DSOs, micro-regions, and non-profit organizations. Participants will learn theoretical and practical skills that will enable them to effectively plan and implement strategic documents in their municipalities and towns. The event is included in the activities of the Healthy Region and Local Agenda 21 project.

Why?

Mayors will gain tools for effective strategic planning, which will allow them to better define a vision for the development of the municipality and set realistic goals, better respond to the changing needs of residents, and adapt to new challenges.

What?

The aim is to provide municipal representatives with guidance on how to strengthen their strategic thinking and effectively plan and implement strategic documents in their municipalities and cities.

How?

We have divided Particaffé into five thematic modules that address different parts of strategic planning and sub-skills. Read more HERE.

What does this mean for people?

Through a strategic approach, mayors will be able to make better use of the municipality's resources and optimize its functioning, leading to the sustainable development of the municipality.
