INVITATION TO THE PARTICAFFÉ STRATEGY 2025
Also, in 2025, in cooperation with the Healthy Region project of the South Moravian Region and Local Agenda 21, we have prepared a training and education program, PARTICaffé, which this year will focus on strategic planning.
Five modules await you to develop your theoretical and practical skills in effective pstrategic document planning and implementationin your municipalities and towns. You will have the opportunity to choose from a range of strategic documents that we will focus on in more detail and practice during the workshop parts of the modules.
- You will gain a deeper understanding of the concept of strategy and strategic planning.
- You will become aware of your role as a strategist and learn to understand the other party's context better.
- You will identify your strengths and weaknesses in strategic thinking.
- You will learn to make practical use of analytical tools such as team role and stakeholder analysis.
- You will acquire the skills needed for participatory processes and effective communication.

Communication and participation in strategy:
We will develop communication skills and the ability to work with challenging participants. We will look at marketing strategies, projects, and participation processes in online and offline environments.
29 April 2025 / 12:00 - 14:00, online
Analytical tools for strategic planning:
We will look at the creation of plans and documents. We will identify areas for innovation within the Smart City concept and focus on the effective work of committees and commissions. Selection of topics for future modules - participant voting.
