Why?

Currently, in most municipalities there is no systematic approach to drinking water management. Water is often wasted and not used to its full potential. Innovative water management in municipalities or neighbourhoods will reduce drinking water consumption and wastewater discharge with positive economic and environmental impacts.

What?

We assist municipalities with the design of system solutions for water management according to the parameters of the specific area. 

We are currently working on a pilot project with the town of Židlochovice in the newly prepared sustainable district of Chytré Líchy. The aim is to achieve savings of up to 50% of the drinking water consumed in the area and at the same time reduce wastewater discharge by up to 50% through the creation of a local water cycle, see the following diagram.

How?

We analyze the solutions available in a specific area, their location, water resources, population and more. We design the optimal solution to bring the highest possible efficiency to the local water cycle. We assist with the preparation of documentation for the construction procedure and with the search for a contractor.

What does this mean for people?

Residents of sites with smart water management will have lower water consumption costs, specifically in Chytry Líky by up to 50%. The measure has a significant environmental impact in terms of sustainable management of natural resources. The pilot project of Smart Licha will be described in general terms for its multiplication to similar sites in the region.
