The South Moravian Region lacks a single information source on available social and health services, the content of which would be guaranteed by the public administration. Information on preventive health programmes or clinical trials, which are provided through health facilities in the South Moravian Region, is also insufficiently available. We are responding to the lack of an information portal on available social health support, which is lacking in particular for carers, people seeking help, providers of social and health services, the South Moravian Region and municipalities.

The creation of a health and social guide for all in the South Moravian region, offering new perspectives on care, prevention and clinical studies for social support, health and wellbeing. All in one place. 

The portal will collect and visualize data and information about social and health services provided in the South Moravian Region in a comprehensible way. It will also provide important advice on how to deal with different life situations and information on available sources of support and assistance.

The portal will offer citizens in the South Moravian Region access to information on health and social services with an overview of available services by location, focus, response to life situations, etc. It will also include access to offers of preventive and screening programmes or a single place to connect patients with offers of clinical trials.
