Cool Building: energy unit JINAG

A lack of information, data, and expertise is often an obstacle to improving energy efficiency. Sharing experiences across municipalities, benchmarking, and consulting with renovation specialists are difficult for municipalities to access.

Improve the quantity and quality of energy savings in municipal buildings. We want these buildings to not only save energy and reduce CO2 emissions, but also money that can be reinvested in the further development of towns and villages. In this way, we can support economic growth across the region.

A key aspect is the creation of a team of experts—renovation specialists, energy experts, subsidy specialists, and legal specialists—who will be able to share their knowledge and experience in the field of energy optimization. This team will help cities and municipalities in the region assess the condition of public buildings so that renovations lead to reduced energy consumption, energy costs, and CO2 emissions. However, our ambitions go even further. We will create a model that will allow the service to be replicated in other regions in the Czech Republic and abroad.

The project will have a significant impact on improving the environment by reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The energy savings will bring additional resources for the development of municipalities and cities. The renovated buildings will increase the attractiveness of the municipal area, thus contributing to the strengthening of the community.
