Club Day 2024
In Moravský Krumlov the first Club Day of the South Moravian Region took place, where representatives of associations and groups involved in the development of life in the region gathered. The day was full of interesting guests and inspiring discussions.
On 13 February 2024, under the auspices of the Governor of the South Moravian Region, Jan Grolich, the first ever Spolkový diena of the South Moravian Region was held, which aimed to support and connect the activities of associations in the region, not only through the conference, but also through the accompanying programme and the presentation of products of local producers.
Why did we organize this event?
At JINAG, we care about supporting the life of the region and contributing to its development and preserving the traditions and folklore that have always belonged to it. We are trying to open the topic of participation,that is why the conference was attended by a number of active associations that are trying to develop the region and its culture. The involvement of these entities enables effective solutions to local problems and contributes to strengthening the dialogue between citizens and local authorities.
What happened at the event?
The topics of the conference touched on various aspects of community life, discussing topics such as entrepreneurship and financial support for associations, but there was also talk of efforts to preserve traditional lifestyles. Visitors had access to the stands of the Department of Regional Development and the Department of Culture of the South Moravian Region, where they could find out about funding opportunities or get a better understanding of the available subsidies. Guests could have fun with a game of "sprite", take a photo in the photo corner and exchange business cards in our "meeting corner". The pleasant atmosphere was enhanced by a show of restored folk costumes.
The accompanying programme included honey and coffee tastings. We focused on supporting local producers, so all refreshments were supplied by local producers. There were traditional cakes from Kubšice, Dobelická tubes, flavoured honey from Moravský Krumlov.

The Club Day 2024 of the South Moravian Region was a successful meeting of those who "do not throw in the towel" and care about the development of our region. This event is included in the activities of the project Healthy Region and Local Agenda 21. We thank all those who participated in the organization and conduct of the event and look forward to the next joint meeting.
