CAREER: Builder specialising in Building Energy
We are looking for people with a civil engineering background who want to be involved in public building renovation projects. We are the first region to create a network of energy managers to support the comprehensive renovation of public buildings in the South Moravian Region. Imagine a modern South Moravia where every building gets a new chance thanks to in-depth renovations that not only save energy but also increase comfort and extend the life of buildings. What is important to us is your motivation, responsibility, and interest in energy saving and renovation of public buildings - we will help you develop your expertise and skills over time.
A builder with a background in energy will be in charge of:
- communication with municipal representatives
- technical inspections of public buildings
- identification of energy savings in public buildings
- presentation of energy-saving measures to municipal representatives
- formulating assignments for professional professions (designers, energy specialists, etc.)
From a builder with a focus on energy, we need:
- a basic overview of the technical equipment of buildings and the composition of structures
- reading project documentation
- group B driving licence
- ability to present results
- a high degree of autonomy
- passion for the subject and a responsible attitude
What will make us happy:
- experience in preparing PENB and energy assessments
- education and experience in building engineering
- knowledge of climate, energy, and building renovation issues
- references from previous jobs
