April at JINAG was marked by intergenerational meetings where seniors, under the guidance of digital assistants, discovered the world of modern technology. These meetings are a key part of the project "Network of Digital Assistants" which we are building together with the Wise Network in the South Moravian Region with a clear goal: to make it easier for seniors to use smart devices and make their everyday life more pleasant.
In total, three meetings were held, two of which were led directly by students from the Secondary School of Informatics, Postal Administration, and Finance Brno and the Secondary School of Technical and Gastronomic Blansko.
The Wise Network project in the South Moravian Region tangibly demonstrates the power of intergenerational cooperation. It not only equips seniors with digital skills for the 21st century but also.
It also awakens in the younger generation the desire to actively contribute to positive changes in society. These meetings are thus not just about technology, they are all about building bridges of mutual understanding and strengthening trust between generations.
