Take your municipality from ideas to smart development management!
How can you manage your municipality smartly in an era of rapid technological change? Learn how to integrate strategy, projects, and new technologies to truly improve life in your municipality.
The PartiCaffé Smart Cities training and education program builds on the PartiCaffé Participation and PartiCaffé Strategy educational cycles. While the first program focuses on public engagement and the second on strategic planning, Smart Cities shows how to link these principles and apply them to the systematic management of a municipality.
We draw on the Ministry of Regional Development’s Smart Cities methodology, which integrates strategy, participation, infrastructure, and quality of life. The goal is to ensure that projects are not isolated investments but rather part of a well-thought-out, long-term municipal development plan.
Program

This module builds on previous programs and demonstrates how to integrate experiences from participation and strategic planning into a broader municipal development framework in line with the Ministry of Regional Development’s methodology.
