At JINAG, we have once again organised a Social and Health Platform meeting, this time with a clear objective: to make each meeting more thematic and, at the same time, to involve platform members more deeply in our activities. The theme of the meeting was assistive technologies in the South Moravian Region - i.e., how technology can help seniors and people live more independent lives.
The participants were introduced to the new website of the Doma je doma project, its functions, and its development so far. At the same time, we introduced our novelty - the Doma je doma roadshow, which brings assistive technologies directly to the regions. It aims to offer a space for learning, sharing, and inspiration for carers, service providers, and municipal representatives - in short, wherever there is interest in technology and wherever there is room for connection and collaboration.
This was followed by two interactive activities where platform members shared their suggestions, recommendations, and specific forms of support they can offer from their organisations. The meeting concluded with a joint discussion on the future direction of the At Home is At Home project and its further development as a platform for connecting key actors in the social and health sector.
We thank all participants for their cooperation and energy: Chládek Michal, Markéta Heroutová, Marcela Petrová Kafková, Petr Horehleď, Eva Kalová, Terezie Jouklová, Patrik Reichl, Eva Nečasová, Magdalena Štenclová, Veronika Kovács Vospěl.
