Project Manager with specialisation in subsidies

We are looking for an experienced Grant Project Manager or Project Manager who will support a team of Energy Managers and help find resources for in-depth renovation projects for publicly owned buildings in JMK. The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Screening grant opportunities in the field of public building renovation and RES installations
  • Creating procedures, templates and checklists, schedules and budgets for municipal projects in collaboration with energy engineers to prepare specific project applications quickly and with high quality
  • Communicating with grant providers, networking and exploring new opportunities, finding new avenues
  • Screening other grant opportunities in international programmes such as Interreg, LIFE, HorizonEU and others

From the Grants Project Manager we need:

  • Good knowledge of national resources and grants
  • Project experience - at least 10 prepared and approved project applications
  • Independent and very well prepared grant applications
  • Knowledge of programmes such as OP RU, NPO, IROP and others
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and communicate with them so that they understand the issues
  • Teamwork and reliability in meeting deadlines
