Network of energy managers in the South Moravian Region

Lack of information, data and expertise is often a barrier to energy efficiency growth. Sharing experiences across municipalities, banchmarking and the possibility to consult an energy manager is difficult for municipalities.

Improve the quantity and quality of energy savings in municipal buildings. We want these buildings to not only save energy and reduce CO2 emissions, but also money that can be reinvested in the further development of towns and villages. In this way, we can support economic growth across the region.

A key aspect is the creation of a platform for experts to share their knowledge and experience in the field of energy optimisation. This network of experts will help cities and municipalities in the region to develop and implement effective strategies for reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. But our ambitions go even further. We will create a model that can be replicated in other regions in the country and abroad.

The project will have a significant impact on improving the environment by reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions. The energy savings will bring additional resources for the development of municipalities and cities. The renovated buildings will increase the attractiveness of the municipal area, thus contributing to the strengthening of the community.

The project has been officially launched since December 1, 2023.
